Meaden & Moore has appointed Joseph Salata, a professional with over 12 years of experience in public accounting and transaction advisory, as Director in its Transaction Advisory Services practice. The move is set to bolster the firm's capabilities in financial due diligence and deal advisory, with Salata's appointment supporting the firm's continued expansion in this area.
Meaden & Moore has appointed Joseph Salata as director in its transaction advisory services practice, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in financial due diligence and deal advisory.
Salata brings more than 12 years of experience in public accounting and transaction advisory, working with private equity sponsors and corporate buyers and sellers navigating mergers and acquisitions. His work has focused on evaluating quality of earnings, working capital needs, debt positions, cash flow sustainability and other key financial indicators that influence investment decisions.
In his new role, Salata will oversee buy side and sell side diligence engagements and guide clients through the full transaction lifecycle. His experience spans industries including healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, technology, SaaS and distribution.
Prior to joining Meaden & Moore, Salata served as a director in deal advisory at a Big Four accounting firm, where he led diligence teams on transactions ranging from $10 million to $8.5 billion. Firm leadership said his appointment supports the continued expansion of the firm’s transaction advisory services practice.
