Cleveland firm Meaden & Moore has appointed Tim Perdion as Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over 25 years of experience in professional services and technology, Perdion will lead operational execution and growth with a focus on enhancing operational performance and spearheading technology initiatives.
Meaden & Moore, a Cleveland-based firm, has announced the appointment of Tim Perdion as Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over 25 years of experience in professional services, technology, and operations leadership, Perdion is set to lead the firm's operational execution and collaborate with leadership to drive growth and innovation.
In his new role, Perdion will focus on enhancing operational performance, spearheading technology and process transformation initiatives, and overseeing integrations to bolster the firm's infrastructure. His extensive background includes serving as Director of Practice Management & Service Delivery Technology at Ascend Partner Services, where he managed technology standardization and AI tool deployment.
Before joining Ascend, Perdion spent a decade at CBIZ, where he was Vice President of Practice Management. There, he managed practice management systems and technology platforms for over 4,000 users, led operational efficiency initiatives, and facilitated the integration of acquired firms. His career also includes leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, Ernst & Young, Charter One Bank, and Goodyear.
Jim Rollins, CEO of Meaden & Moore, expressed confidence in Perdion's ability to contribute to the firm's strategic growth and operational excellence.
