Tom Czyz, a veteran in the field of asset management audit services and advising emerging growth companies, has joined Mowery & Schoenfeld as an assurance partner. The Illinois-based firm believes Czyz's background in SEC filings review and his previous roles at KPMG, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and LJ Soldinger Associates will enhance their assurance services and advisory support capabilities.
Lincolnshire, Ill.-based firm Mowery & Schoenfeld has admitted Tom Czyz as an assurance partner, continuing to expand its assurance and transaction advisory capabilities.
Czyz brings more than 20 years of experience in asset management audit services and advising emerging growth companies. His background includes leading audit and review engagements tied to SEC filings and supporting companies preparing for initial public offerings.
Before joining Mowery & Schoenfeld, Czyz served as audit director at LJ Soldinger Associates, where he led SEC reporting and IPO-readiness engagements. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at KPMG specializing in asset management, real estate and financial services. He began his career at Deloitte and later served as a global financial services senior audit manager at Ernst & Young.
