PKF O'Connor Davies, a leading accounting and advisory firm, has announced the promotion of 19 professionals to partner positions, effective January 1, 2024. This new partner class reflects the firm's commitment to recognizing and advancing exceptional talent within its ranks. 

Newly Admitted Partners: 

• Sumeet Agarwal: Leads the firm's operations in India with over 16 years of experience in fund administration and management company accounting. 
• Jesse Allen: Based in the New York office, Allen has more than 15 years of experience providing accounting and auditing services to not-for-profit organizations, including social service agencies, educational institutions, religious organizations, and private foundations. 
• Darren Bushey: Operating from the Stamford, Connecticut office, Bushey is a tax professional with over a decade of experience specializing in real estate investment. 
• Benjamin Garcia: With more than 25 years of experience in individual and business taxation, Garcia serves clients from the Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey office. 
• Christina Gray: Starting her career as an intern at the firm over a decade ago, Gray now specializes in advising independent schools and other fee-for-service entities from the Cranford, New Jersey office. 
• Sarah Guilmette: Based in the Woburn, Massachusetts office, Guilmette has nearly 20 years of experience in tax planning, consulting, and compliance services, particularly for high-net-worth individuals and commercial clients. 
• Thomas Kelly: Operating from the New York office, Kelly brings over 10 years of public accounting and auditing experience, working with social service agencies, charter schools, cemeteries, and membership organizations. 
• Michael Kettell: Serving clients from the Hauppauge, New York office, Kettell has over 13 years of experience providing accounting, auditing, and consulting services to various clients, including architecture and engineering firms, real estate companies, manufacturers, distributors, and closely held businesses. 
• Jon Klerowski: Based in the Boston office, Klerowski has over two decades of experience in financial reporting, forensic accounting, valuation, and complex business litigation. 
• Michael Koenecke: Operating from the New York office, Koenecke has over 14 years of specialized experience in the accounting and tax aspects of exempt organizations, focusing on private foundations. 
• Jaron Lariviere: Based in the Woburn, Massachusetts office, Lariviere brings over 20 years of public accounting, tax consulting, and compliance experience to the firm's architecture and engineering practice. 
• Roman Matatov: With more than 20 years of experience, Matatov specializes in providing tax services to high-net-worth individuals and family offices. 
• Ravi Melwani: Melwani has extensive experience in international tax planning and compliance, assisting multinational corporations with cross-border transactions. 
• Melissa Modelson: Modelson focuses on providing audit and assurance services to clients in the financial services industry, including hedge funds and private equity firms. 
• Joseph Parmegiani: Parmegiani specializes in tax compliance and consulting services for closely held businesses and their owners. 
• Jackie Reinhard: Reinhard provides audit and assurance services to not-for-profit organizations, including foundations and social service agencies.
