PKF O'Connor Davies, a major accounting, tax, and advisory firm, has appointed Heyam Janell as a partner in their Providence, Rhode Island office. Janell, who brings 30 years of tax strategy expertise for high-net-worth individuals and families, was previously a tax partner at a national accounting firm where she optimized client service delivery and operations and will contribute her extensive credentials to the ongoing growth of PKF O'Connor Davies.
HARRISON, N.Y. – PKF O’Connor Davies, a top accounting, tax, and advisory firm (FY23 net revenue: $377.5 million), has announced the addition of Heyam Janell as Partner. Bringing nearly 30 years of experience, Janell specializes in delivering comprehensive tax strategies tailored to high-net-worth individuals and families. She will operate from the firm’s Providence, Rhode Island, office.
A Proven Leader in High-Net-Worth Tax Solutions
Stephen Noyes, Partner-in-Charge of the Providence office, shared his enthusiasm for Janell’s arrival:

Before joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Janell was a tax partner at a national accounting firm. In this role, she provided consulting, planning, and compliance services to high-net-worth clients and their trusts. As a tax operations leader, she also drove efficiency by streamlining and automating workflows, standardizing processes, and enhancing client service delivery. Additionally, Janell designed and implemented training programs for employees, improved performance evaluation systems, and mentored staff to foster professional growth.
