REDW Promotes Key Directors to Executive Leadership

REDW Advisors & CPAs, a top firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico, has promoted Katherine Bastow, Michelle Burdett, and Shawn Fisher to executive positions within the organization. The promotions form part of a wider strategy aimed at strengthening the REDW organizational structure and supporting its expansion as a multidisciplinary firm serving a range of client needs both regionally and nationally.

REDW Advisors & CPAs, a prominent firm based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, has announced the promotion of three seasoned professionals to executive leadership positions:

Katherine Bastow: Appointed as Vice President of People Operations, Bastow brings over two decades of experience in organizational development, talent acquisition, and human resources. Since joining REDW in 2020 as Director of People Operations, she has been instrumental in driving transformative initiatives aimed at reshaping traditional workplace norms.

Michelle Burdett: Assuming the role of Vice President of Finance, Burdett has been with REDW for more than 20 years, serving as Director of Finance. Her extensive background in financial management and accounting, coupled with her leadership acumen, positions her to lead strategic financial initiatives aligned with the firm’s objectives.

Shawn Fisher: Elevated to Vice President of Information Technology, Fisher has over 18 years of experience in IT operations. Since joining REDW in 2006, he has demonstrated expertise in managing IT operations and driving technological innovation.

These appointments reflect REDW's commitment to fostering internal talent and enhancing its leadership team to support the firm's strategic growth and service excellence.
