Albuquerque-based accounting and advisory firm REDW Advisors & CPAs has appointed Diana Gibson as their first director of client success. Gibson, with over a decade of experience in client success initiatives, will be responsible for overseeing client engagement across all service lines, contributing to strategies for enhancing satisfaction and retention, and play a critical role in REDW's national expansion and broadening service offerings.
REDW Advisors & CPAs, an Albuquerque-based accounting and advisory firm, has announced the appointment of Diana Gibson as its first-ever director of client success. With FY2023 net revenue of $49.6 million, the firm continues to grow nationally and expand its multidisciplinary service offerings.
In this newly created role, Gibson will oversee client engagement across all of REDW’s service lines, ensuring a consistent and high-value experience for clients. She will act as a central point of contact for client relations and will join the firm’s leadership team to help shape and execute strategies aimed at enhancing satisfaction and long-term retention.
Kerry Prine, REDW’s chief operating officer, emphasized that Gibson’s appointment reflects the firm’s continued evolution. Once focused primarily on tax and accounting, REDW has expanded into an integrated advisory platform offering services in wealth management, software solutions, human resources consulting, forensic and dispute advisory, business valuation, and cybersecurity. Prine highlighted the importance of having a dedicated leader to ensure that client expectations are exceeded across this broad range of offerings.
Gibson brings over a decade of experience leading client success initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. She noted that joining REDW aligns with her desire to make a meaningful impact in a values-driven organization. Her decision was strongly influenced by REDW’s mission, culture, and commitment to both professional excellence and community service.
As director of client success, Gibson will help shape how REDW delivers integrated, relationship-driven services in a competitive advisory landscape. Her appointment marks a strategic step in REDW’s journey to elevate client engagement while continuing its national expansion.
