REDW Promotes Dorine Sanchez to Principal Role in Wealth Management Practice

REDW Advisors & CPAs has appointed Dorine Sanchez, CFP®, AIF®, as Principal in the firm’s Wealth Management division, REDW Wealth LLC. A leader within the firm since 2003, Sanchez’s promotion reflects both her enduring contributions and the strategic momentum of REDW Wealth as it continues to expand nationally. 

REDW Wealth LLC, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm and subsidiary of REDW Advisors & CPAs, provides a broad range of client-focused financial planning and investment services. In her new capacity as Principal, Sanchez will be responsible for leading the firm’s growth strategy in the wealth management space—developing innovative solutions to enhance client outcomes while building on the firm’s foundation of fiduciary excellence. 

Sanchez continues in her dual roles as Senior Wealth Advisor and Director of Operations, where she oversees client account activity, monitors portfolios, and recommends personalized investment strategies. She also retains her seat on the REDW Wealth Investment Committee, where she contributes to firmwide investment policy and decision-making. 

Her professional credentials include CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designations. A graduate of Adams State College, Sanchez is also a Leadership Albuquerque alumna and has served on the board of the Southwest Women’s Law Center, reflecting her deep engagement with both the profession and the community. 

This leadership appointment coincides with a period of accelerated growth for REDW Wealth. Earlier in the fall, REDW welcomed Hatcher Financial into its Wealth Management practice. The merger significantly expanded the firm’s Phoenix office—now home to 114 professionals—and bolstered REDW’s overall footprint to nearly 350 team members across national and international locations. Hatcher Financial now operates as part of REDW’s multidisciplinary platform, integrating tax, accounting, wealth management, and financial planning services under one advisory umbrella. 

Sanchez’s elevation to Principal not only reinforces REDW’s commitment to leadership development but also positions the Wealth Management practice for continued innovation and impact in a rapidly evolving financial services environment.
