Nicole Brown has been promoted to Vice President of Business Operations at REDW Advisors and CPAs. In her newly expanded role, Brown will provide leadership for firm-wide operational initiatives, support integrations and change management in mergers and acquisitions, and continue to lead cross-functional teams to support the firm's commitment to scalable growth and strategic execution.
REDW Advisors and CPAs has announced the promotion of Nicole Brown to vice president of business operations, advancing her leadership role across the firm’s national and global platform. Brown previously served as director of business operations and remains primarily based in the Albuquerque office.
As head of business operations, Brown provides executive leadership for strategic initiatives focused on organizational performance, scalability, and operational alignment. Since joining REDW in 2024, she has led practice management modernization efforts, implemented standardized policies and processes across offices, and integrated financial and administrative operations to strengthen performance metrics.
In her expanded role, Brown will oversee firmwide operational initiatives and support mergers and acquisitions with an emphasis on integration and change management. She will also continue developing high performing teams and advancing cross functional collaboration to support sustained growth.
Brown brings experience in business operations, M&A coordination, process transformation, and cross functional leadership within financial and professional services organizations. REDW leadership noted that her promotion reinforces the firm’s commitment to scalable growth, operational discipline, and strategic execution as it continues to expand its service offerings and geographic footprint.
