REDW Advisors and CPAs has promoted Teresa G. Rawlins to principal at its national audit and assurance practice. With 25 years of audit and assurance experience, Rawlins will provide senior oversight for complex audit engagements, serve as a trusted client advisor, guide risk management and quality initiatives, and support the firm's strategic growth.
REDW Advisors and CPAs has announced the promotion of Teresa G. Rawlins to principal in its national audit and assurance practice, strengthening senior leadership across the firm’s assurance platform.
In her expanded role, Rawlins will provide senior oversight for complex audit engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and audit committees. Her responsibilities include guiding risk management and quality initiatives, mentoring audit professionals, and supporting the firm’s strategic growth. Based in REDW’s Pacific Northwest office, she will serve clients across the firm’s national footprint.
Rawlins brings 25 years of audit and assurance experience, with deep expertise serving Oregon school districts, nonprofit organizations, and employee benefit plans. She joined Grove Mueller and Swank in 2006 and advanced to senior manager within the audit and assurance practice. Following REDW’s acquisition of the firm in 2023, Rawlins continued in a leadership role, contributing to the firm’s expanded presence and service capabilities in the Pacific Northwest.
She is a licensed CPA in Oregon and holds an Oregon municipal auditor license. Rawlins is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.
The promotion reflects REDW’s continued focus on leadership development and technical excellence within its national audit and assurance practice.
