His national client reach and sector specialization position him as a key contributor to REDW’s growing assurance practice.

Prior to joining REDW, Foutz served as accounting manager for the City of Boulder City, Nevada, and previously held senior audit leadership roles at BDO and Piercy Bowler Taylor and Kern. At BDO, he managed and mentored a team of 40 auditors, applying strategic insight to complex client needs. His earlier experience included a focus on tribal and gaming clients, which remains a core service area for REDW. Foutz earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Nevada and holds CPA licensure.

His hiring comes at a time of continued strategic expansion for REDW. Recent milestones include the appointments of Katherine Bastow as Vice President of People Operations, Michelle Burdett as Vice President of Finance, and Shawn Fisher as Vice President of Information Technology. The firm has also grown its leadership infrastructure with the appointment of its first Chief Operating Officer, Kerry Prine, and first Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Byron Wheeler.
