REDW Advisors & CPAs have appointed Kyle J. Bauman as Principal in their Tax Services practice. Bauman, a CPA with over a decade of experience and previously a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG LLP, will focus on strategic tax planning, professional mentorship, and business development across the company’s national and international presence.
REDW Advisors & CPAs has announced the appointment of Kyle J. Bauman, CPA, as Principal in the firm’s Tax Services practice. Bauman joins REDW with a focus on strategic tax planning, professional mentorship, and business development across the firm’s expanding national and international presence.
Based in the Phoenix office, Bauman will collaborate with REDW’s four locations and its growing remote and global teams. His role encompasses supporting clients in minimizing tax liabilities, implementing efficient tax strategies, and contributing to the firm’s overall advisory excellence. In addition to serving clients, Bauman will also play a key leadership role in mentoring emerging professionals and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Bauman brings more than a decade of experience to the firm, most recently serving as a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG LLP. There, he led teams across the Pacific Southwest Region, managing complex engagements for a portfolio of mid-to-large-scale real estate investors and operators. His background also includes roles in state government and corporate accounting, giving him a broad perspective on both regulatory and operational aspects of tax advisory.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elizabethtown College and holds CPA licensure in both Arizona and Pennsylvania. Bauman is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA).
Bauman’s appointment reinforces REDW’s investment in tax expertise and leadership talent as the firm continues to grow its national footprint and expand its capabilities for clients across industries and markets.
