Lancaster-based accounting and advisory firm RKL LLP announced that Stephanie Kessler will take over as the leader of its Senior Living Services Consulting Group, replacing Jeffrey Boland from May 1. Boland, who significantly contributed to the group's success, will continue in a client engagement role until his retirement in 2027, while Kessler's experience is anticipated to ensure further growth in the firm's services within the senior living industry.
RKL LLP, a prominent accounting and advisory firm based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, has announced a significant leadership transition within its Senior Living Services Consulting Group. Effective May 1, Stephanie Kessler will take the helm, succeeding Jeffrey Boland. Kessler brings over three decades of experience in nursing, healthcare education, and consulting, with expertise in post-acute care operations, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and electronic health record implementation.
Jeffrey Boland, who has led the group for 15 years, will continue to serve as a partner at RKL, focusing on client engagements until his planned retirement at the end of 2027. Boland's leadership has been instrumental in establishing the group as a nationally recognized advisor in the senior living sector. His efforts in mentoring the next generation of leaders, including Kessler, have been pivotal in ensuring the group's continued growth and success.
Ed Monborne, a key figure at RKL, praised Boland's contributions, highlighting the deep industry specialization and practical guidance that have become hallmarks of the Senior Living Services Consulting Group. With Kessler's appointment, the firm anticipates continued evolution and expansion of its services, leveraging her unique blend of clinical insight and operational expertise to meet the dynamic needs of the senior living industry.
