Rosen Sapperstein & Friedlander (RS&F), a Towson, Md.-based accounting and advisory firm, has announced two key leadership promotions, further reinforcing its commitment to operational excellence and strategic advisory services. Dave Myers has been promoted to chief operating officer (COO), while Vadim Ronzhes will take on the additional role of general counsel, alongside his responsibilities as strategic tax director.
Dave Myers Named COO
Previously serving as director of operations, Myers played a pivotal role in enhancing RS&F’s operational efficiency, client engagement, and employee experience. He has led digital transformation initiatives, optimized billing and collections processes, and improved project workflow management.
With over 10 years of leadership experience, Myers brings a strong background in operations and process improvement. Before joining RS&F, he served as VP of operations at a medical staffing company, overseeing multiple operational departments and contributing to revenue growth. As COO, he will oversee RS&F’s operational and administrative functions, ensuring the firm’s continued success in delivering high-quality service.
Vadim Ronzhes Named General Counsel
A licensed attorney and CPA, Ronzhes has extensive experience in tax compliance, tax controversy, and M&A advisory. As strategic tax director, he has provided business advisory and tax structuring for companies and families while developing tax strategies for business transactions.
Prior to joining RS&F, Ronzhes practiced law with a focus on federal and state tax litigation, criminal and civil tax matters, and administrative tax resolution. His expertise in navigating complex tax issues makes him well-suited for his expanded role as general counsel, where he will lead the firm’s legal matters and risk management efforts.
Commitment to Growth and Leadership Excellence
Commenting on the promotions, RS&F managing partner Jeff Rosen highlighted the impact of Myers and Ronzhes on the firm’s success.
“We are excited to announce these well-earned promotions,” said Rosen. “Both Vadim and Dave have done fantastic work in their respective roles since joining the team, and I look forward to seeing them thrive in their new positions.”
With these leadership advancements, RS&F continues to strengthen its operational foundation and advisory capabilities, positioning itself for sustained growth and enhanced client service.
