Somerset-based firm RRBB Accountants and Advisors has bolstered its tax department by welcoming tax planning specialist Cathy Davis as a managing member and partner. Davis brings over 25 years of industry experience across multiple sectors, with a perspective to mentor clients on issues related to estate and succession planning, adapting to changing tax laws, and risk minimization.
RRBB Accountants and Advisors, based in Somerset, N.J., has announced that Cathy Davis has joined as a managing member at RRBB Advisors LLC and partner at Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman PA, strengthening the firm’s tax department.
With over 25 years of experience in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services, Davis focuses on pass-through entities, high-net-worth individuals, and family trusts. She has a proven track record in estate and succession planning, helping clients adapt to changing tax laws, minimize risk, and structure entities to meet long-term goals. Her industry experience spans hospitality, construction, real estate, trucking, warehousing, and professional services.
Managing Member and CEO Dave Roth highlighted Davis’s alignment with the firm’s culture and commitment to client success. Known for her collaborative approach, Davis often works alongside financial advisors, estate attorneys, and other professionals to deliver integrated planning solutions. A graduate of Rider University, she is active in the NJCPA and AICPA and resides in Warren, N.J. Davis said she was drawn to RRBB for its values-based, client-focused environment and looks forward to continuing her tradition of providing personalized guidance.
