Megan Knoblauch Named Managing Partner at RubinBrown KC

Accounting and business consulting firm RubinBrown LLP has announced the appointment of Megan Knoblauch as Managing Partner of its Kansas City office, effective June 1, 2024. Knoblauch, who has been with RubinBrown since 2006, succeeds Todd Pleimann, who will transition to a role focused on business growth and client service, after serving in the role for 19 years.

RubinBrown LLP, a leading accounting and business consulting firm, has announced the appointment of Megan Knoblauch, CPA, as the Managing Partner of its Kansas City office, effective June 1, 2024. Knoblauch succeeds Todd Pleimann, CPA, CGMA, who has served in this role for 19 years.

Leadership Transition

Todd Pleimann will transition to a growth-focused role, concentrating on expanding business opportunities and continuing client service. He expressed confidence in Knoblauch's leadership, stating, "Megan is the perfect fit to lead our Kansas City office into the future, and continue to inspire our team members, and provide superior quality and service to our clients, as she has done since she started at RubinBrown."

Megan Knoblauch has been with RubinBrown since 2006 and currently serves as the Partner-In-Charge of the Assurance Services Group in Kansas City. Her expertise includes business combinations, investment valuation, and inventory reporting and valuation across various industries. She also specializes in employee benefit plan audits, encompassing 401(k) plans, pension plans, health and welfare plans, and SEC Form 11-K filing requirements.
