RubinBrown has appointed Megan Knoblauch as assistant managing partner, aiming to bolster its leadership team and further its long-term succession plans. Based in Kansas City, she will continue serving as the managing partner of that office while upholding her new role in supporting firmwide operations and representing the company across markets.
RubinBrown has appointed Megan Knoblauch as assistant managing partner, reinforcing its leadership structure as the firm continues to grow and plan for long-term succession.
In the role, Knoblauch will work closely with managing partner Steven L. Harris and chairman John F. Herber Jr. to support firmwide operations and represent RubinBrown across its markets. The appointment aligns with the firm’s succession planning efforts as it approaches its 75th anniversary.
Based in Kansas City, Knoblauch will continue serving as managing partner of the Kansas City office while taking on her expanded responsibilities. She joined the firm in 2006 and brings extensive experience in leadership and client service, along with active involvement in professional and community organizations.
Firm leadership highlighted her ability to balance strategic perspective with operational execution, positioning her to help guide RubinBrown’s continued expansion and organizational development.
