Schneider Downs & Co., a Pittsburgh-based firm, has promoted five new shareholders and one new partner at Schneider Downs Wealth Management Advisors LP as part of a strategic growth plan. The new shareholders include specialized professionals in several key service areas, while new partner Greg Daily, hired in 2021, brings over 20 years of financial experience, signaling the firm's commitment to nurturing internal talent for continued expansion.
Schneider Downs & Co. is reinforcing its leadership bench with the promotion of five new shareholders and one new partner at Schneider Downs Wealth Management Advisors LP. The move spans key service lines—tax, audit, consulting, and wealth management and aligns with the Pittsburgh-based firm’s long-term growth strategy.
The newly promoted shareholders include Maggie Havelka (estate and succession planning), Patrick Hickman (partnership taxation and private equity), Logan Kowcheck (audit and natural resources), Mike Marasco (outsourced CFO and strategic advisory), and Janelle Merlo (construction and manufacturing tax consulting). Each brings years of specialized experience, bolstering the firm’s service depth and industry reach.
Greg Daily, a 2021 hire with over 20 years in finance, joins the affiliate's partner group, where he helps clients navigate complex investment strategies while serving on the firm’s investment committee. Co-CEO Christopher McElroy emphasized that these promotions reflect the firm’s commitment to internal talent as the foundation of its 70-year legacy and continued expansion.
