SolomonEdwards has announced the promotion of Carissa Robb to managing partner of its banking and financial services (BFS) practice. Based in Philadelphia, the firm continues to expand its focus on complex finance, risk, and operations solutions for a fast-evolving, heavily regulated sector. Robb, who became partner in 2024, has advised C-suite leaders across banks, fintechs, and credit unions, and will now lead the BFS vertical as it scales in reach and complexity.
