Springline Advisory, a Dallas-based business advisory platform backed by private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of three seasoned professionals: Hiral Rao, Brad Kuglin, and Bryan Leuszler. These strategic hires align with the firm’s ongoing expansion and commitment to delivering high-impact advisory solutions.
Hiral Rao – Senior Vice President, Global Operations
Hiral Rao joins Springline Advisory as senior vice president of global operations, bringing over two decades of experience in offshore accounting and strategic capability development. Prior to joining Springline, she spent more than 20 years at EY, where she played a pivotal role in building and managing the firm’s offshore and nearshore practices, expanding the team from five to over 300 professionals worldwide. Her expertise spans assurance, tax, global data and analytics, intelligent automation, and managed services. At Springline, Rao will lead the firm’s offshore accounting initiatives, shaping its international operations and strengthening its strategic capabilities.
Brad Kuglin – Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial
As senior vice president and head of commercial, Brad Kuglin will oversee sales strategy, client engagement, and revenue growth initiatives. His role includes structuring sales processes, developing cross-selling strategies, and leading the firm’s client-centric business development efforts. Kuglin brings more than 15 years of professional services experience, beginning his career as a CPA in public accounting before transitioning into consulting and advisory services. His leadership will be instrumental in accelerating organic growth and enhancing business development efforts.
Bryan Leuszler – Vice President, Corporate Development
Bryan Leuszler steps into the role of vice president of corporate development, where he will spearhead Springline’s mergers and acquisitions strategy, deal sourcing, and transaction execution. With a strong background in M&A, Leuszler has successfully led transactions across various organizations, including Patriot Growth Insurance Services, Cohen & Company, and MarshBerry. His expertise in acquisition and partnership development will be key to advancing Springline’s expansion strategy.
