Squire Names New Practice and Executive Leaders to Drive Future Growth

Squire, an audit, tax, and advisory firm, has launched a new leadership chapter, appointing Matt Geddes as Audit Practice Leader, Doug Wilkins as Tax Practice Leader, and Nate Nugent as Advisory Practice Leader. The firm also created two new executive roles – Reuben Cook as Chief Strategy Officer, focused on digital transformation and value innovation, and Jared Rohatinsky as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for operational efficiency and collaboration, aiming to provide sharper insights and better support to clients.

Squire has launched a new leadership chapter across its audit, tax, and advisory practices as of May 1, 2025, signaling a major step forward in the firm’s evolution. The appointments include:

Matt Geddes – Audit Practice Leader

Doug Wilkins – Tax Practice Leader

Nate Nugent – Advisory Practice Leader

These changes follow the impactful tenure of Amanda Barrett-Brough, Brandon Allfrey, and Reuben Cook, whose leadership helped steer Squire through six years of significant growth.

In a bold move to strengthen strategic execution, Squire also introduced two new executive roles:

Reuben Cook is now Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), tasked with leading modernization, digital transformation, and value innovation.

Jared Rohatinsky joins as Chief Operating Officer (COO), focusing on scalable systems, operational efficiency, and cross-practice collaboration.

According to CEO Jonyce Bullock, the shift is about doubling down on innovation, agility, and client-centric service. With these appointments and continued expansion—including into the Southeast—Squire aims to provide sharper insights, deeper support, and a forward-thinking approach to client challenges.
