Stacy Schuettler has announced her retirement as CEO of LBMC Technology Solutions, effective at the end of September, marking the close of a transformational era for the company. Since taking on the role in 2007, Schuettler has overseen a period of remarkable growth, steering LBMC Technology Solutions from a regional firm into a nationally recognized leader in innovative technology solutions. Today, LBMC Technology Solutions stands as one of the core specialty companies of LBMC PC, a Brentwood, Tennessee-based organization with a FY23 net revenue of $192.7 million.
Reflecting on her tenure, Schuettler shared, “It has been an incredible privilege to lead this company and work alongside such a talented and dedicated team of professionals. Together, we have been committed to delivering exceptional technology solutions that truly make a difference for our clients. I am immensely proud of all that we have accomplished.”
To ensure a smooth leadership transition, LBMC implemented a succession plan that introduced Bryan Wilton into the company several years ago. Wilton, a respected figure in the Microsoft business community, was promoted to president at the beginning of the year and has since been leading the company’s day-to-day operations, readying himself to take LBMC Technology Solutions into its next phase.
Schuettler expressed confidence in the company’s future, stating, “I have total confidence in Bryan and our entire management team to continue leading LBMC Technology Solutions to even greater levels of success. Their unwavering commitment to helping our clients dramatically improve their organizations through the deployment of innovative technology solutions, coupled with our focus on creating a workplace that attracts the best of the best, ensures a bright future for the company.”
As she steps down from her role as CEO, Schuettler will retain a role on the board of directors, allowing her to continue guiding the firm’s vision and strategic direction. In a message of gratitude, she thanked her business partners, industry colleagues, and peers, acknowledging their influence on both her personal leadership journey and the company’s achievements: “I am deeply thankful for the unwavering support of my business partners, peers, and leaders from LBMC affiliate companies. Your contributions have been instrumental in our achievements and in shaping me into a stronger leader.”
Looking forward, Schuettler expressed optimism for the company’s future: “I am excited to watch LBMC Technology Solutions achieve even greater success in the years to come.”
Her retirement caps off a significant chapter in the company’s history, with the leadership team now set to continue building upon her legacy of excellence and innovation.
Until next time…
