Pennsylvania-based firm Stambaugh Ness has appointed Alyson Fieldman as its first-ever Chief Growth Officer. With over two decades of experience in the sector, Fieldman will work with the company's leadership to drive growth and improve client service, marking a significant step in the firm's proactive approach and commitment to expanding nationwide.
Stambaugh Ness (SN), a professional services firm based in York, Pennsylvania, has appointed Alyson Fieldman as its first Chief Growth Officer, effective July 22, 2024. This strategic move underscores SN's commitment to future growth and its dedication to anticipating client needs nationwide.
Fieldman brings over two decades of experience in marketing and business development within the accounting and professional services sectors. Prior to joining SN, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Marcum, a Top-15 CPA firm, where she led firm-wide growth initiatives, including an award-winning client experience program, achieving a notable 16% year-over-year growth from 2021 to 2022.
In her new role, Fieldman will collaborate closely with SN's leadership to execute strategic plans aimed at enhancing market positioning and driving growth. She will work alongside practice area leaders, as well as the marketing and business development teams, to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market presence, elevate the client experience, and forge strategic partnerships.
