SVA has announced the promotion of Nathan Dreikosen, Jacob McClendon, Shawn Miller, and Joel Rechlicz to Principal, further strengthening leadership across its tax, audit, consulting, and healthcare-focused service lines. CEO Matt Vanderloo commended the group’s dedication to the firm’s mission to “Serve People Better.”

Dreikosen, a 12-year SVA veteran, advises dental, medical, and veterinary practices on growth, tax planning, and financial performance.

McClendon, leader of SVA Consulting’s Data Analytics & Visualization team, helps clients unlock insights through customized automation and BI solutions.

Miller, with 27 years at SVA, specializes in affordable housing audits and compliance, including projects with LIHTC and federal funding.

Rechlicz, who began as a seasonal preparer 16 years ago, now manages tax and consulting services for medical and dental professionals.

These appointments reflect SVA’s strategic focus on internal growth and specialized client service.
