• Gregory M. Saul assumes the role of Vice President of Government Relations. In this capacity, Saul will ensure OSCPA’s legislative and regulatory efforts continue to advocate for sensible policies within the industry.

New Appointment:

• Amber Epling-Skinner joins OSCPA as Vice President of External Affairs. With a background in journalism, Epling-Skinner will focus on effectively communicating OSCPA's mission and initiatives to members, industry leaders, stakeholders, and the public.
