Reflecting on the transition, Wiley stated, "Laura is a leader who cares about developing people and building strong teams. I trust her—and more importantly, Ohio CPAs trust her. With Laura at the helm, OSCPA's best days are ahead."

As she steps into her new role, Hay has outlined strategic priorities that include growing talent and ensuring incoming professionals are prepared to succeed, building OSCPA's advocacy outreach to further innovate, protect, and strengthen the profession, and guaranteeing OSCPA's unwavering commitment to excellence remains steadfast.
