Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based accounting firm Trout CPA has promoted Becca Hrubochak to partner, effective from December 1. Hrubochak, who joined the firm in 2016, has been instrumental in client services and various firm-wide initiatives, and her promotion demonstrates her dedication, leadership and expertise in the company.
Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based firm Trout CPA has announced the promotion of Becca Hrubochak to partner, effective December 1. Since joining Trout CPA in 2016, Hrubochak has established herself as a leader within the firm, gaining recognition for her exceptional contributions to client services and her active involvement in firm-wide initiatives.
Hrubochak holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Messiah College, where she graduated summa cum laude. Throughout her tenure at Trout CPA, she has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, taking on complex audit engagements and providing critical financial guidance as a fractional CFO for various clients. Her leadership roles have included serving in key practice areas such as Assurance Services, Not-for-Profit, Manufacturing, Employee Benefit Plans, and Client Accounting Services. Additionally, Hrubochak contributes to Trout CPA’s Client Service, IT, Quality Control, and Assurance Services Committees.
As a Senior Manager, Hrubochak has managed a range of audit, attest, and financial statement services for some of the firm's largest clients, ensuring responsiveness and integrity in every engagement. She has also extended her expertise to contracted accounting services for several clients, reflecting her adaptability and client-focused approach.
