Trout CPA, a Pennsylvania-based accounting firm, has promoted Nikelle Druck and Becca Hrubochak to partner roles. LANCASTER, Pa. – Trout CPA, a leading accounting firm based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, has announced the promotion of Nikelle Druck and Becca Hrubochak to the role of partner, effective December 1.
Nikelle Druck: Driving Growth in Outsourced Accounting
Since joining Trout CPA in 2019, Nikelle Druck has played a pivotal role in the firm’s growth, particularly in its outsourced accounting services. As Director of Client Accounting Services, Nikelle has been instrumental in optimizing client onboarding, guiding businesses through seamless transitions, and providing valuable insights on accounting systems and industry-specific software. Her leadership has been essential in enhancing Trout CPA’s offerings and expanding its client base.
“Nikelle’s talent for building relationships and solving client challenges has significantly contributed to the growth of our Outsourced Accounting Solutions practice,” said Todd Harrington, Managing Partner at Trout CPA. “Her passion for helping clients achieve success makes her a perfect fit for our partnership team.”
Nikelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University and is an alumna of Leadership Lancaster’s Core Class of 2021. She is also actively involved in her community as the Finance Committee Chair for Meals on Wheels. Outside of work, Nikelle enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, exercising, and traveling. She resides in Lititz with her husband, son, and their golden retriever.
Becca Hrubochak: Leadership in Assurance and Nonprofit Services
Becca Hrubochak has been with Trout CPA since 2016, where she has earned a reputation for her leadership in assurance services and her role as a Fractional CFO. Becca’s dedication to integrity and timeliness has made a significant impact on the firm’s clients, particularly those in the nonprofit, manufacturing, and employee benefit plan sectors. She also leads the firm’s Assurance Service Line and Quality Control Committee.

Becca is a summa cum laude graduate of Messiah College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and earned her CPA designation in 2017. She was named one of PICPA’s Young
Leaders to Watch in 2022 and is an active member of Leadership Lancaster’s Core Class of 2022. Becca also serves on the Audit Committee for Water Street Ministries. Outside of her professional life, Becca enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and running.
