Weaver Launches Executive Leadership Coaching Services Under New Director

Weaver has announced the launch of its new Executive and Leadership Coaching Services (XLCS), expanding its commitment to leadership development for clients nationwide. The service will be led by Roshmi Dalal, newly appointed consulting director, who will work in close collaboration with Weaver’s chief talent officer, Linc Ashby.
Building on the success of Weaver’s internal coach training program, WeaverLEAD, which was launched in 2022, the new XLCS offering provides executive and leadership coaching, team coaching, succession planning, well-being coaching, and emotional intelligence coaching services. XLCS is designed to serve individual clients, small teams, and organizations of all sizes.
“The most effective business leaders today are leveraging executive coaching to enhance their leadership skills, improve team performance, and make a stronger impact in their organization,” said John Mackel, CEO and managing partner. “Weaver’s XLCS will help organizations and their leaders to foster growth and drive performance at all levels.”
Dalal brings a decade of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and effective communication. Her background includes working with top-tier organizations as an executive coach and mental resilience specialist. Additionally, her prior experience delivering professional accounting services to Fortune 100 clients provides her with a unique perspective that informs her coaching methodology.
Ashby highlighted the firm’s successful internal coaching initiatives, noting, “Over the last four years, we’ve seen tremendous success with the WeaverLEAD program, including training of more than 40 Weaver team members to serve as executive coaches, with 14 more receiving training this summer. Expanding that experience to our clients through XLCS is a natural evolution, and leveraging Roshmi’s coaching experience reflects our commitment to supporting the long-term success of leaders in diverse industries and organizations.”
