William Vaughan Company (WVC) and its subsidiary, WVC RubixCloud, have announced several promotions across their teams. Jill Blakeman and Michael Richter have been promoted to Senior Manager, along with other promotions and hires throughout the firm, reiterating WVC's commitment to growth, client service, and fostering a talented team.
William Vaughan Company (WVC) and its outsourced accounting subsidiary, WVC RubixCloud, are proud to announce their 2025 promotions, effective July 1, 2025. The firm celebrates the growth of its team and the continued commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Jill Blakeman, CPA, has been promoted to Senior Manager. Since joining WVC in 2007, Jill has accumulated over 18 years of experience advising clients on entity structuring, tax compliance, and tax risk minimization strategies. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Toledo.
Michael Richter, CPA, also ascends to Senior Manager. With more than 27 years in public accounting, Michael serves clients in the professional services and not-for-profit sectors, guiding tax compliance and planning for closely held and family-owned businesses. He holds a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Toledo.
Additional team promotions include Malachi Benesh, Carl Haberstro, and Christian Stechschulte, CPA, to Manager, and multiple Senior Associate promotions, including Max Denman, CPA, Kaitlyn Kirkpatrick, and others. WVC RubixCloud also promotes Emily Arend to Senior Accountant, while Logan Betts Baldwin and Kristina Croskey take on new technology-focused roles as IT Administrator and Innovation & Data Security Specialist, respectively.
The firm also welcomes 2025 tax season interns who have transitioned to full-time roles, including Evan Barker, Liz Christian, Colin Erhart, and Ava Johnston, among others. These promotions and hires reinforce WVC’s dedication to professional growth, client service, and building a strong, talented team.
