With over a decade of experience in tax compliance, planning, and consulting in the real estate sector, Rozo's appointment supports Windes' growth goals and enhances their ability to deliver exceptional tax services.

Windes, a leading accounting and advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Maddy Rozo (Sander) has joined the firm as a Partner in its Tax department, effective January 13, 2025.

Maddy brings over a decade of experience in tax compliance, planning, and consulting, with a specialization in residential and commercial real estate. Her expertise encompasses various aspects of real estate transactions, including purchases and sales of land and buildings, §1031 Like-Kind Exchanges, partnership interest transfers and purchases, Opportunity Zone Credits, Low-Income Housing Credits, and cost segregation studies. Additionally, she provides tax compliance and planning services to high-net-worth individuals, particularly real estate professionals.

Maddy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. She is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).
