Winding River Consulting has appointed Dr. Rachel Anevski as managing director of leadership and people, with an aim to enhance leadership training, coaching, and employee advisory services. Dr. Anevski brings extensive experience in executive development and organizational strategy, and her appointment will allow the firm to better support clients with customized leadership programs and succession planning strategies.
Winding River Consulting has announced the addition of Dr. Rachel Anevski as managing director of leadership and people, expanding the firm’s leadership development, coaching, and people advisory capabilities.
Dr. Anevski brings deep expertise in executive and organizational development, advising professional services firms on aligning people strategy and leadership capabilities with long-term business objectives. Her work spans executive development, leadership programming, coaching, change management, succession planning, and advisory services supporting firms through growth, scale, and transition.
In her role, Dr. Anevski will partner with accounting and advisory firms to identify, develop, and retain talent across the employee lifecycle, from early career recruitment through executive leadership. Winding River stated that her addition strengthens the firm’s ability to design customized leadership programs that support career pathways, leadership readiness, and long-term succession planning.
Dr. Anevski is co-author of Accounting for Times: Evolve or Dissolve and author of Train Your Successor™ published in 2025. She is a frequent speaker and facilitator on leadership strategy, business development, communication, DiSC assessments, and advisory skill development within professional services firms.
She will work closely with Winding River leadership to support firms navigating competitive pressures, organizational change, and increasing complexity, with a focus on building sustainable leadership pipelines and people-centered growth strategies.
