Wright Ford Young & Co. has named Byron Culp as its new Director of Business Development. Bringing over two decades of financial experience, Culp's role will include guiding and providing tailored solutions for local businesses in the Orange County market, leveraging his expertise in multiple industries.
Wright Ford Young & Co. has appointed Byron Culp as its new director of business development. Culp, who joined the firm in January 2024, brings more than 20 years of financial expertise and a strong track record of helping businesses achieve growth. He will focus on providing guidance and tailored solutions to companies throughout the Orange County marketplace.
Culp’s industry reach includes wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, importers and exporters, professional services, medical, waste management, and nonprofit organizations. His approach combines financial insight with a commitment to supporting local businesses in achieving long-term success.
In addition to his professional work, Culp is actively involved in community service. He serves on the board of WISEPlace, a nonprofit assisting unaccompanied, homeless women, and volunteers at his church. He is also passionate about causes addressing children’s needs, cancer, hunger, and homelessness. A graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a degree in psychology, Culp played tight end for the UNLV Rebels football team. He resides in Orange, California, with his wife and four children.
