Anders Launches Business Transformation Advisory Offering

St. Louis-based firm Anders has launched a business transformation service aimed at helping mid-sized companies adapt to the changing market and has appointed Mike Fuller, a veteran of operational and technology transformations, to lead the initiative. The service will feature an integrated approach to accelerate results in process optimization, supply chain improvement, customer experience, and growth strategy execution, among others, marking an expansion of Anders' advisory ability after launching two such services in the past year.
St. Louis-based firm Anders has expanded its advisory services with the launch of a new business transformation offering aimed at helping middle-market companies adapt, grow and compete in an evolving marketplace.
To lead the new service line, Anders has appointed Mike Fuller as business transformation principal. Fuller brings nearly 30 years of experience leading complex operational and technology transformations across a broad range of industries, helping organizations streamline operations, optimize systems and achieve sustainable growth.

The new offering provides clients with a firmwide, integrated approach that eliminates silos and accelerates results across areas such as process optimization, supply chain improvement, customer experience enhancement and growth strategy execution.
The launch marks the second new advisory service introduced by Anders in the past year, underscoring the firm’s continued investment in expanding its advisory capabilities. Anders’ advisory practice also includes virtual CFO services, technology consulting, healthcare consulting, talent recruitment, forensic accounting, business valuation and litigation support.
Fuller’s background includes leading large-scale operational and technology initiatives for global enterprises, advising healthcare organizations through complex transformations and providing fractional executive leadership. His experience spans strategic planning, regulatory compliance, process optimization and technology enablement.
