Anglin Reichmann Armstrong, P.C. is expanding its business advisory capabilities by introducing a new Human Resources (HR) Consulting Services line in partnership with AR Business Consulting. Alissa Phelps, founder of AR Business Consulting, will serve as Director of HR Consulting Services, bringing comprehensive outsourced business solutions to clients, including strategic HR consulting, management of employment policies and procedures, and guidance on employment law compliance.
Anglin Reichmann Armstrong, P.C. has introduced a new Human Resources Consulting Services line through a partnership with AR Business Consulting, expanding its business advisory capabilities. Effective July 1, Alissa Phelps, SHRM-CP, founder of AR Business Consulting in Huntsville, Ala., will serve as Director of HR Consulting Services, bringing more than 15 years of experience in HR management, compliance, and business operations, particularly for government contractors.
The new service line will provide strategic HR consulting, management of employment policies and procedures, benefits and payroll-related HR oversight, and guidance on state and federal employment law compliance. By integrating these offerings with Anglin’s tax and business advisory expertise, clients can access a comprehensive outsourced business solution.
Managing Partner Brandon Smith noted the alignment between Phelps’s background and the firm’s vision for expanded HR services. Phelps highlighted the mutual benefits, noting that clients of both organizations will gain access to a wider array of business advisory resources. The combined capabilities include HR audits, employee handbooks, compensation and benefits benchmarking, employment law consulting, and ongoing HR communications and support.
