CaronBletzer, a CPA firm based in New Hampshire, has unveiled a new practice management platform named Atlura. This innovative platform integrates workflow, scheduling, time and billing, client collaboration, performance tracking, and reporting into a single, cohesive system. Designed to streamline operations, Atlura allows users to standardize and automate workflows, track project milestones in real-time, and allocate resources efficiently based on availability and project complexity.
The platform's features include integrated requests, secure file sharing, and automated communication to enhance client collaboration. Atlura's design ensures that every workflow is grounded in practical, real-world processes, with review steps locked to ensure accuracy before completion. The system also supports auto-billing, auto-generation of engagement letters, and triggers actions upon task completion, facilitating seamless transitions between workflows.
Developed over six years, Atlura was initially used internally at CaronBletzer before its public release. Managing partner John Bletzer emphasized that the platform was built to address the firm's own challenges and was always intended for broader market use. The development process focused on creating an integrated system that simplifies operations for firms similar to CaronBletzer. The platform's readiness was marked by the successful integration of scheduling tools, which were perfected in 2025.
Patrick Griffin, a partner at CaronBletzer, highlighted that Atlura's robustness is proven by its daily use by approximately 100 CPAs on high-volume tasks, negating the need for a beta test. The platform is industry-agnostic, allowing firms to customize templates and roles to fit their specific practices. Future enhancements include AI-driven scheduling to optimize task assignments and improve efficiency across the firm.
Until next time…
