Accounting firm CohnReznick has integrated 73 Strings' AI-driven analytics technology into its Valuation Advisory capabilities to enhance large data set analysis and improve model consistency. The move aims to meet the growing demand for more frequent valuation cycles and provide more timely valuation insights for management teams, boards, and investors.
CohnReznick has expanded its Valuation Advisory capabilities by integrating AI driven analytics technology to improve efficiency, consistency and insight across complex valuation engagements.
The firm is incorporating 73 Strings’ valuation analytics platform into its established methodologies, enabling enhanced analysis of large data sets and improved consistency across valuation models. The technology supports faster, more transparent and more defensible valuations across private equity, private credit, public companies and complex asset classes.
Firm leadership stated that the initiative addresses increasing demand for more frequent valuation cycles driven by evolving fund structures and heightened investor expectations. The integration allows professionals to automate portions of the valuation process while focusing more on complex analysis, scenario modeling and key assumptions.
The enhanced approach is designed to strengthen audit readiness, regulatory compliance and documentation, while preserving professional judgment and independence. It also provides management teams, boards and investors with more timely and detailed insights into valuation drivers.
CohnReznick noted that its valuation practice continues to serve clients across industries including financial services, healthcare, technology, energy and consumer sectors, working closely with its broader advisory, assurance and tax teams.
