Chicago-based accounting firm Crowe has launched an employee ownership program, CroweONE, that enables eligible employees to share in the firm's growth without upfront investment. Developed with KKR in continuation of its equity investment in Crowe Advisory, the initiative aims to increase business understanding among employees and offers them stakes in the firm's value growth, in addition to existing compensation and benefits.
