KPMG and ServiceNow have launched a new AI-powered platform, the Global Business Services (GBS) with KPMG Velocity. The platform aims to increase productivity across finance, HR, procurement, and IT operations, integrates AI and human agents, offers comprehensive AI deployment security, and provides generative AI training for KPMG professionals globally.
KPMG, a ServiceNow Global Elite Partner, has launched Global Business Services (GBS) with KPMG Velocity, a new AI-powered platform designed to enhance productivity across key corporate functions, including finance, HR, procurement, and IT.
Built on the ServiceNow AI Platform, the solution enables clients to integrate AI and human agents through a unified digital ecosystem, helping businesses become more intelligent, resilient, and efficient. The platform combines KPMG’s global expertise with ServiceNow’s cutting-edge AI tools to deliver transformation programs and managed services.
GBS with KPMG Velocity leverages ServiceNow features such as AI Agent Studio for developing and managing AI workflows, AI Control Tower for governance, and Integrated Risk Management to embed resilience and compliance into operations.
“Our collaboration with KPMG helps accelerate the delivery of agentic AI to empower organisations to boost efficiency and enhance data-driven decision-making,” said Paul Fipps, president of ServiceNow Global Customer Operations.
KPMG’s AI Trust services are integrated with ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower to ensure secure, ethical, and scalable AI deployment. The firm is also working with ServiceNow to advance generative AI training for its professionals, equipping teams to support client AI implementations globally.
