San Jose-based accounting and advisory firm PP&Co has announced the acquisition of Delucchi Hawn LLP, a firm serving industries including construction, real estate, software, and manufacturing. Effective December 1, the addition of Delucchi Hawn to PP&Co will expand the latter's capabilities, adding 14 professionals and reinforcing its commitment to exceptional client service.
