New York-based firm Prager Metis and Canada's Kearns Technology Inc. have jointly launched PM IT Services, a multinational digital solutions company offering managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud services. The partnership leverages Kearns Technology's IT expertise and Prager Metis's extensive footprint to provide technology support for high-growth businesses throughout North America and Europe.
In a bold cross-border partnership, New York-based IPA 100 firm Prager Metis and Canadian tech innovator Kearns Technology Inc. (KTI) have launched PM IT Services (PM ITS), a digital solutions company delivering cutting-edge managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud modernization services throughout North America and Europe.
KTI, with more than 15 years of experience building secure and scalable IT infrastructure across sectors like healthcare and hospitality, is now going global. PM ITS leverages KTI’s proven IT model and Prager Metis’s expansive U.S. footprint, 22 markets strong, to serve high-growth businesses with tech-forward needs. “This is more than a launch, it’s a transformation,” said Ali Mirkarimi, CEO of both KTI and PM ITS.
PM ITS offers a full suite of services: from managed IT and endpoint protection to compliance-ready cybersecurity frameworks and cloud migration solutions using Microsoft 365 and Azure. The firm also provides strategic innovation support, helping clients accelerate transformation projects. “Clients ask us tech questions every day,” said Steven Topal, chief collaboration officer at Prager Metis. “Now, we have the best answer: PM ITS.”
