Stacks, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered accounting startup founded by former Uber and Plaid executive Albert Malikov, has raised $10 million to facilitate the automation of financial closing processes. The platform aims to enhance efficiency in financial departments by automating tasks such as journal entries, account reconciliations and month-end closures, reducing manual intervention and decreasing the time consumed in these processes, in turn, allowing finance teams to focus more on strategic work.
