Tax technology solutions provider Vertex, Inc. announced its acquisition of Ecosio, a known European B2B integration provider offering electronic data interchange (EDI) and e-invoicing expertise. This $69 million deal is expected to close by Q3, 2024, and the move is set to strengthen Vertex's tax technology solutions while providing a more comprehensive and seamless compliance platform aligned with the rising demands of the complex, multi-jurisdictional tax landscape.
