Anders Admits Nine New Partners for 2026

St. Louis-based firm Anders has admitted nine new partners, effective Jan. 1, 2026, marking a milestone as the firm concludes its 60th anniversary year.

The newly admitted partners are Dave Blatt, David Danic, Jake Grimm, Missy Kelley, Jamie Nau, Lenise Nichols, Joshua Snyder, Tom Wadelton and Robert Willeford Jr. 

Dave Blatt, principal and technology practice leader, leads Anders’ AI, automation and analytics initiatives, helping businesses identify high-impact use cases and accelerate returns on technology investments. 

David Danic, virtual CFO tax director, works with small and middle-market businesses on tax planning strategies designed to reduce tax burden and improve profitability. 

Jake Grimm, virtual CFO director of innovation and automation, develops tools and processes that streamline client reporting and enhance financial insight. 

Missy Kelley, chief growth officer, brings more than 22 years of experience driving strategic growth, market expansion and innovation across corporate and nonprofit environments. 

Jamie Nau, virtual CFO director, helps clients translate complex financial data into actionable insights, drawing on experience as both an auditor and corporate accountant. 

Lenise Nichols, tax principal, specializes in tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and families and supports the firm’s family wealth and estate planning services. 

Joshua Snyder, tax principal, advises startups, athletes and high-net-worth individuals and helps lead Anders’ startup and entrepreneurial group. 

Tom Wadelton, virtual CFO, supports forecasting, reporting and accounting operations, helping leaders execute long-term business strategies. 

Robert Willeford Jr., principal and state and local tax practice leader, advises clients on complex multistate tax matters and brings more than 20 years of experience across public, corporate and governmental sectors.
