Bowman & Company LLP Admits Two New Partners

Voorhees, N.J.-based Bowman & Company LLP has announced the admission of Nicole A. Schubert and Joshua M. Saner as partners of the firm, effective January 1. The promotions reflect the firm’s continued emphasis on technical excellence, leadership development, and long-term client service. 

Nicole A. Schubert has been with Bowman for more than 20 years and is a member of the firm’s audit department. Since joining the firm in 2002, she has specialized in affordable housing and real estate development engagements. Schubert is recognized for her technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality audit services. 

In her role as an audit leader, Schubert oversees engagement planning, reporting, and staff development. She ensures audit engagements meet the firm’s standards for quality, compliance, and professionalism. She is also known for her collaborative communication style, dedication to mentoring emerging professionals, and contributions to strengthening internal systems and processes. As a partner, Schubert will continue serving clients while supporting the firm’s leadership and long-term strategic direction. 

Joshua M. Saner is a member of Bowman’s tax department and joined the firm in 2019 as a manager after gaining experience at large regional accounting firms in Northern California. He is recognized for his technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and client-focused approach. 

Saner serves closely held businesses and individuals across a range of industries, with experience in the taxation of construction contractors, real estate developers, and manufacturers, particularly in the food and beverage sector. His work includes tax planning, compliance, and advisory services, with a focus on identifying opportunities to reduce tax liabilities and support clients’ long-term business objectives. 

Throughout his tenure at Bowman, Saner has played an active role in mentoring staff and supporting the firm’s growth. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, responsiveness to client needs, and commitment to building lasting client relationships.
