Marc J.M. Moss, with over 25 years of experience in legal leadership across Fortune 500 and multi-billion-dollar global companies, has been named the new chief legal officer at Chicago-based firm Sikich. Moss's appointment carries importance in propelling Sikich's expansion efforts and reinforcing risk and compliance programs, leveraging his extensive expertise in areas like regulatory compliance, risk management, and M&A strategy.
Chicago-based firm Sikich has named Marc J.M. Moss as its new chief legal officer, bringing more than 25 years of legal leadership across Fortune 500 and multi-billion-dollar global companies in professional services, industrial sectors and B2B markets.

Moss is known for building high-performing legal teams, leading complex M&A transactions, and developing robust compliance and governance frameworks. His areas of expertise span regulatory compliance, board advisory, risk management, litigation, IP, employment law, contract negotiation, government relations and international transactions.
Before joining Sikich, Moss held senior legal roles at Victra, Wells Fargo, United Technologies (Carrier Corporation), Ingersoll Rand and Baker & Daniels, advising on digital transformation, global expansion and strategic business initiatives.
