Steven Treece has been promoted to principal at Michigan-based firm Yeo & Yeo, effective from January 1, 2026. Treece, an integral part of the firm's tax and consulting service line since 2013, will transition from the Flint office to the Troy office to support continued growth in Southeast Michigan.
Saginaw, Mich.-based firm Yeo & Yeo has announced the promotion of Steven Treece to principal, effective January 1, 2026.
Treece joined the firm in 2013 and is a key member of Yeo & Yeo’s tax and consulting service line. He provides tax planning and business advisory services to corporations, partnerships and high-net-worth individuals across Michigan, helping clients navigate complex tax matters and develop long-term financial strategies.
His experience spans agribusiness, construction, manufacturing and real estate. Treece is also a member of the firm’s agribusiness services and estate and trust services groups, where he advises clients on succession planning and complex estate matters.
In addition to his client work, Treece plays an active role in mentoring professionals across the firm and supporting initiatives that advance Yeo & Yeo’s commitment to excellence. In 2022, he was recognized as one of the Flint & Genesee Group’s 40 Under 40 for his professional achievements and community involvement.
Beginning in the new year, Treece will transition from the firm’s Flint office to its Troy office to support continued growth in Southeast Michigan.
