This collaboration aims to empower CBIZ team members by integrating new AI tools across the organization, enhancing service delivery and client insights.
Through this partnership, CBIZ will utilize Microsoft Foundry to develop an agent-native operating platform, alongside Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio. These tools will enable CBIZ to embed AI more deeply within its operations, deploy AI agents, and create advanced systems tailored to its service lines and workflows. This strategic move is designed to attract and retain top talent while enhancing the company's ability to deliver high-value services.
Jerry Grisko, President and CEO of CBIZ, emphasized the importance of AI in transforming the company's operations. He stated, "Investing in AI is investing in our people.
