CohnReznick Relocates Dallas Office to The Star District

New York-based accounting and advisory firm CohnReznick, with yearly revenue of $1.05bn, plans to relocate its Dallas operations to The Star business district in Frisco, Texas, to be strategically near Dallas Cowboys' headquarters. The move, which aims to accommodate the Dallas team's growth and enhance employee amenities, aligns with CohnReznick’s expansion strategy in Texas, where the firm has grown to over 200 members.
New York-based CohnReznick, an accounting and advisory firm with FY24 net revenue of $1.05 billion, is relocating its Dallas operations to The Star business district in Frisco, Texas, strategically positioning its offices directly across from the Dallas Cowboys’ headquarters and practice facility. The move is expected to enhance amenities for the Dallas team of approximately 75 employees and facilitate continued growth in Texas, with office construction set to begin in September 2024 for a January 2025 move-in.
The new 12,000-square-foot office space at 6635 Cowboys Way, Frisco, will feature multiple meeting rooms, a large communal dining area, and other modern amenities tailored to support expansion. The relocation marks an intentional alignment with the firm’s 2020 Texas growth strategy, which has since expanded CohnReznick’s footprint across Dallas, Austin, and Houston. “We’re committed to providing both top-notch client services and career opportunities throughout Texas,” said David Kessler, CohnReznick’s CEO, noting that the firm’s Texas team has grown to over 200 members.
Dallas Office Managing Partner Mike Barber, who has a longstanding history in Frisco's business community, will continue in his role. Reflecting on the firm’s long-standing collaboration with the Dallas Cowboys, Barber said, “We are honored to join other world-class organizations in The Star, building on over 20 years of working with the Cowboys organization.”
Dallas Cowboys CFO Tom Walker expressed enthusiasm for the strengthened partnership, adding, “We’re excited to welcome CohnReznick as our neighbors on Cowboys Way. After more than two decades together, we look forward to a continued prosperous future.”
