CPA advisory firm Herbein + Company is opening a new regional office in Warrendale, Pennsylvania, slated for November 2024, to increase its service offerings to the Greater Pittsburgh client base. This strategic move is part of a broader expansion plan that includes a potential new office to the south and is intended to strengthen team collaboration, firm culture, and regional presence.
Reading, PA– Herbein + Company, Inc. (Herbein), a CPA advisory firm with a fiscal year 2023 net revenue of $52.2 million, has announced the opening of a new Greater Pittsburgh regional office in Warrendale, PA, scheduled for November 2024. This strategic move aims to bolster the firm's presence and enhance its service offerings to the Greater Pittsburgh client base.
The new Warrendale office will occupy approximately 11,000 square feet at 200 Allegheny Drive in the Thorn Hill Corporate Center, providing excellent access to major thoroughfares including I-79, Route 19, Route 228, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Team members from Herbein’s Allison Park and McCandless offices will relocate to Warrendale, resulting in the closure of those locations later this month. Additionally, several employees from the existing Pittsburgh office will also make the move. The firm’s Greensburg office will remain operational and is currently undergoing expansion.
As part of its ongoing growth strategy, Herbein is also exploring options for a new office location south of the city, anticipated to open by early 2025, which will accommodate the remaining team members from the Pittsburgh office. This initiative, combined with the new Warrendale office to the north and the expanding Greensburg office to the east, will create a comprehensive triangular footprint around the Greater Pittsburgh area, enhancing team collaboration and strengthening the firm's culture.

This move underscores our commitment to expanding our presence and fostering innovation in a thriving region.
